Christmas Operating Hours

Christmas Eve: Warehouse operating as normal with limited customer service.

Christmas Day: Closed.

Boxing Day - 31st December: Warehouse operating with limited customer service.


New Years Day: Warehouse closed with limited customer service.


2nd - 5th January: Warehouse operating with limited customer service.


Customer service will be fully operating as normal from the 5th of January.

How do I become a GS ambassador?

You can apply here.

If you are having trouble connecting your social media accounts during the application process, you can pop your social handle in the application.

It could also be a connection issues can be caused by your privacy settings—particularly if your social account is set to private or has certain restrictions enabled. We recommend checking your account visibility and permissions before trying again, as well as your browser privacy settings.

How do I redeem my reward points?

To redeem your reward points, please log into your GS account.

Once logged in, select the number of points you would like to redeem. This will automatically generate a discount code, which you can then enter at checkout when placing your order.

You can access the loyalty programme and manage your points here.

How do I return an order?

1) Go to the Returns Centre here.

2) Enter your order number and email address in the online form and click Start.

3) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

4) Select shipping method:

(Option 1 ) Choose the first option to generate Royal Mail Tracked Returns label (a nominal fee of £3.95 will be required through our Returns Center).

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping label and guidelines once the return request is approved.

Print your returns label off and stick it to the outside of your package or take the digital version of the label and get it printed at the Post Office by showing the QR code.

(Option 2) Choose the second option to ship using a courier of your choice.

Keep the receipt of the shipment and include the RMA form in the parcel for traceability.

Please note: We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by another return service.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once a refund has been issued, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank’s processing times.

If you have already received confirmation that your refund has been processed, please allow additional time for the transaction to be completed.

If the funds have not been credited after this period, we recommend contacting your bank directly for further assistance. You may use the confirmation screenshot provided, including the authorisation key, as evidence when speaking with your bank.
